Reservation policy

Check in is at 13:00. We emphasize this detail, because it happens very often – due to the particularity of the arrival of some ships (early morning) – that our customers think that the room will be available at the time of arrival (early morning).

Check out is until 11:00 am Customers wishing to extend their stay beyond 11:00 – this can only be done until 18:00 – must have informed us in advance. In this case there is an additional charge.

The reservation is considered valid only – within 2 days – by deposit in a bank account. Customers wishing to check in early will be charged from the previous day. The accommodation does not bear any responsibility for any change, cancellation, strike, delay in the itineraries of the ships.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation by the customer if it is made 21 days before the agreed arrival the hotelier is obliged to return the entire deposit, while if canceled after 21 days the customer owes the hotelier half of the total amount of the canceled order.

In case of early departure, 50% of the total distribution value will be charged as planned, for the canceled days.

In case of no-show, 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged, as planned.
